The website
Everything on www.trabblyhr.com is provided for information. The payroll figures the site calculates are estimates against published statutory rules for employment income. They are not tax advice, they do not account for personal circumstances or reliefs beyond those stated, and you should not make a pay decision on them without checking. Rates change, and a page can be out of date before we notice.
The service
Use of Trabbly HR itself is governed by the agreement signed between us and your employer, which takes precedence over anything on this page. That agreement covers the subscription, data processing, support and termination.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for operating the service with reasonable skill and care, for keeping your data separated from other customers', and for calculating statutory deductions according to the rules configured for your country and period.
What you are responsible for
- The accuracy of what you put into the system — salaries, identifiers, bank details.
- Reviewing a pay run before you approve it. Approval is yours, not ours.
- Submitting statutory filings. Trabbly produces the figures; it does not file for you.
- Keeping account credentials and device tokens under control, and rotating them if exposed.
- Having a lawful basis for the employee data you hold.
Statutory rates
We maintain the rates and bands for the countries we support and update them when they change. Where a figure for a future period has been carried forward pending official confirmation, it is flagged as such in the product. You remain responsible for confirming any figure you rely on for a filing.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and will give notice of planned maintenance. Specific service levels, if any, are in your agreement.
Ending the arrangement
You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active. On termination we will make an export available for an agreed period and then delete your data, except where we are required to keep something.
