Why teams move

Everything HR needs. Nothing it does not.

One record.
Every country.

Hire somewhere new and most HR systems quietly stop being right. Ours keeps every statutory rule as data, so one record follows a person from their offer to their final payslip — correct wherever they sit.

See the payroll engine →
Meet Trabbly The only part of your HR stack that enjoys admin
16 modules. One record. Nothing to sync.
Payroll included Not a second subscription. No charge for a second country.
The front door does your timesheets A face terminal turns the first scan of someone's day into their clock-in and the last into their clock-out. Those hours reach payroll without anyone typing them.
For whoever runs HR alone and is expected to know two countries
Nothing changes quietly Who changed what, and what it said before — captured in the database.

One directory. However many countries.

Everybody in one list, wherever they sit. Search by name, role, team or office, and open a record that already knows which statutory details their country needs.

Leave

Time off that counts itself.

Balances that deduct on approval, not on request. Public holidays for the right country excluded automatically, so nobody spends annual leave on a day the office was shut anyway.

  • Entitlements seeded from statutory minimums
  • Weekends and local holidays never counted
  • Approvals that reach the right manager

Attendance

Hours nobody had to type.

The front door does the timesheet. First scan of the day becomes the clock-in, last becomes the clock-out, and the week totals itself — including the day someone was on approved leave.

  • Straight from a face recognition terminal
  • Out-of-order and duplicate scans handled
  • Feeds payroll without an export

Payroll

A pay run you can actually check.

Every deduction computed from the statutory tables for that person’s country and tax year. Review the totals against last month, approve once, and payslips reach everybody.

  • Correct in every country you operate in
  • Line-by-line payslips that reconcile
  • Approval recorded against a name

Before you ask

The questions that actually come up.

Which countries can you actually run payroll in?

Fewer than the global platforms, and we will tell you plainly whether yours is one of them on the first call. Adding a country is a data exercise rather than a rebuild, so the answer to "not yet" is usually a date rather than a no.

Do you file with the authorities for us?

No. Trabbly calculates and produces the payslips and the figures your filings need; submitting them stays with you or your accountant. If a vendor claims they file everywhere without naming a local partner per country, ask harder questions.

What happens when a rate changes mid-year?

A new set of rows is added for the new period. Nothing already run is altered, so a payslip produced last March still reflects March's rules — which is what an auditor expects to find and what a recalculation destroys.

How does our data get in?

People, departments and current salaries import from a spreadsheet. We run one parallel payroll against your existing system before you switch, so you see the two agree before anything depends on it.

Can a manager see what their team earns?

Their own direct reports, yes. The wider company, no. National identifiers and bank details are narrower still — administrators and the employee only. It is enforced in the database, so it holds whichever screen or API asked.

Is there a free trial?

A demo with your own numbers in it, rather than a trial. Payroll is not something you can evaluate by clicking around an empty account, and a trial that ends in a wrong payslip helps nobody.
