Pricing

Payroll included. Priced for where you are.

The usual pattern in this category is a low headline price for core HR, with payroll, recruitment, performance and time each sold separately — so the real number is two or three times the one on the page. Ours is one number, and it is set 20% below the like-for-like alternative in your region.

One price, everywhere.

Per active employee, per month. No charge per country, no implementation fee on standard setups, and no separate payroll subscription. Prices exclude local sales tax.

How this compares

One number, and we show you the alternative.

The usual pattern here is a low headline price for core HR, with payroll, recruitment, performance and time each sold separately — so the number you end up paying is two or three times the one on the page.

Ours is one number, the same wherever you are, set 20% below the like-for-like alternative. Like-for-like means payroll included, because that is the line item that moves the total most.

Pricing questions

Before you ask.

Is the price different in different countries?

No. One rate per person per month, wherever your people sit, however many countries are in the account. You are not billed twice for someone because they moved office.

Do you charge per country?

No. Adding a country we already support costs nothing extra. Adding one we have not built is a scoping conversation, and we will be straight with you about whether it is worth your while waiting.

Who counts as a person?

Active employees. Leavers stop counting the month after they leave. People without a login still count if you are running their payroll, because that is where the work is.

Is there a free trial?

We would rather give you a demo with your own numbers in it. Payroll is not something you can meaningfully evaluate by clicking around an empty account, and a trial that ends in a wrong payslip helps nobody.

What does implementation involve?

Importing people, departments and current salaries from a spreadsheet, configuring your leave policy on top of the statutory baseline, and running one parallel payroll against your existing system before you switch. No fee for that on standard setups.

What happens if we grow past a tier?

You move to the next one and the rate per person drops accordingly. We will tell you when that happens rather than waiting for you to notice.

Can we leave?

Yes, and you can export your data while you are still a customer rather than having to ask for it on the way out. Historic payslips are yours.

Want a number for your headcount?

Tell us how many people and where, and we will quote it plainly — including telling you if you would be better off elsewhere.
