Including when you should not pick us.
Every comparison page is written by the winner, which is why nobody believes them. So here is the shape of the category as it actually is, and the specific situations where somebody else is the better answer for you.

Choose someone else if…
- You operate in one country and always will. A mature local specialist will out-feature us on that country’s payroll edge cases, and they have had twenty years to find them.
- You need an employer of record. Hiring someone in a country where you have no legal entity is a different service, and we do not provide it.
- You need coverage in a country we have not built. We will tell you rather than approximate. An approximate payslip is a wrong payslip.
- Procurement requires a specific certification today. We can talk about timelines, but we will not pretend to hold something we do not.
Choose us if…
- You have people in more than one country and are currently reconciling two systems, or one system and a spreadsheet.
- Payroll correctness matters more to you than a feature count. You can check ours before you talk to us.
- You want one record. Not four products and a nightly sync that fails quietly on a bank holiday.
- You are between 10 and 500 people — too big for spreadsheets, too small to be interesting to enterprise vendors.
If this page talked you out of it, it did its job. A bad fit costs us both more than a lost deal.
